According to Official Guinness Records,

The most siblings to win Olympic gold in the same individual athletics event (male) is 2, achieved by Robert Harting and Christoph Harting (both Germany) from the 2012 London Olympics to the 2016 Rio Olympics. Robert won the event in London 2012, four years later in Rio he failed to contend for a medal but brother Christoph won the gold medal.
