Longest chain of shackles

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest chain of shackles consists of 2,000 shackles, achieved by Junior Chamber International Korea Fukuoka (Japan), in Fukuoka, Fukuoka, Japan, on 23 October 2016. The attempt took place in a local food festival called "Kamome no Grill" in Kamome Hiroba. Located right next to a harbor, many families and children participated in the attempt. The chain will be displayed in a park next to the attempt venue.
