According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to sort 40 postcards is 46.46 seconds, achieved by Sayaka Tamura (Japan), in Chiyoda, Tokyo, Japan, on 18 September 2016. The attempt took place at Kitte, as part of the annual Message Festa organised by Japan Post.
