According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest line of bowls of noodles is 3,720 and was achieved by Junior Chamber International Ota (Japan) at Aeon Mall Ota, in Ota, Gunma, Japan, on 27 August 2016. This record attempt was part of the One World Market festival taking place at Aeon Mall Ota.
