According to Official Guinness Records,

The heaviest weightlifting clean & jerk for the female 63 kg category is 147 kg (324 lb 1.2 oz), achieved by Deng Wei (China) at the 2016 Olympic Games, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 9 August 2016.This was Deng Wei's first Olympic Games, she won gold in the women's 63 kg weightlifting.
