According to Official Guinness Records,

The oldest person to win an Olympic gold medal for diving (female) is 30 years 271 days, achieved by Wu Minxia (China, b. 10 November 1985), who took part in the 3 m springboard final at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 7 August 2016.Wu won gold the synchronized 3 metre springboard with her partner Shi Tingmao.
