According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest time controlling a football with the soles is 28 min 47 sec and was achieved by Masaru Kitagawa (Japan) at Asahina Elementary School, in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan, on 3 July 2016. This individual attempt took place at Asahina Elementary School as a part of the youth football league hosted event.
