According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest distance to flow noodles down a line of bamboo gutters is 3,317.7 m (10,871 ft 8 in), achieved by Tuna-Gose Executive Committee (Japan), in Gose, Nara, Japan, on 27 August 2016. The noodles used were somen noodles.
