According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive year hits by a baseball pitcher in professional baseball is 24 years, achieved by Daisuke Miura (Japan) at Yokohama stadium in Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan on 11 July 2016. Daisuke Miura has been a pitcher for Yokohama DeNA Baystars team and has performed a batting hit at least once a year consecutively in Nippon Professional Baseball league since 1993.
