According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon dressed as an astronaut (male) is 3 hr 06 min 26 sec and was achieved by Martin Hewlett (UK), at the 2016 Virgin Money London Marathon, in London, UK, on 24 April 2016.This was Martin's 21st marathon, with the idea to run as an astronaut inspired by British astronaut Tim Peake.
