The fastest marathon three-legged (female) is 3 hr 47 min 19 sec and was achieved by Victoria Carter and Sarah Dudgeon (both UK) at the Virgin Money London Marathon in London, UK, on 24 April 2016. They beat the previous holders by 57 minutes.
