According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon in a martial arts suit (male) is 3 hr 13 min 19 sec and was achieved by Simon Le Mare (UK) at the ASICS Greater Manchester Marathon in Manchester, UK, on 10 April 2016. Simon has trained in karate for over 20 years. He is also a keen runner so decided to combine both of his sporting loves.
