Most powerful handheld laser

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most powerful handheld laser outputs a peak power of 5.1 W and a sustained 4.2 W, achieved by Daniel Black, in collaboration with Leslie Laycock and Mohammed Akhmad (all UK), as measured at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence Laboratories, in Chelmsford, UK, on 20 April 2016.The laser's wavelength is 445 nm. Daniel was also holds records for the most balloons burst by a laser in one minute, and the largest laser cutting machine.
