According to Official Guinness Records,

The highest margin of victory in an Olympic single tennis match (male) is 12 games, achieved by John Millman (Australia) in his match against Ricardas Berankis (Lithuania), in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 6 August 2016. Millman won the match 6-0, 6-0 in the first "double-bagel" victory in Olympic history.
