According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest red card in an Olympics football match (female) is 18 minutes, achieved by Shelina Zadorsky (Canada) at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, in Corinthians Arena, Sao Paulo, Brazil, on 3 August 2016. Zadorsky's red card came in Canada's opening game of the tournament against Australia. Canada won the game 2-0.
