According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest golf putt (non-tournament) is 120.6 m (395 ft 8in) and was achieved by Brett Stanford (Australia) from ‘How Ridiculous’, at the Point Walter Golf Course, Western Australia, on 2 February 2017.Brett, from 'How Ridiculous', achieved his record at the 5th hole at the Point Walter Golf Course, Western Australia.
