The fastest time for a married couple to complete a marathon on each continent is 6 days 9 hours 27 minutes 4 seconds, and was achieved by Catherine Sun (China) and Eric Xin (Hong Kong) between 23 January and 30 January 2017. The marathons take place sequentially at Union Glacier (Antarctica);Punta Arenas, Chile (South America);Miami, USA (North America);Madrid (Europe);Marrakech (Africa);Dubai (Asia) and Sydney (Australia).
