According to Official Guinness Records,
The first blind female to complete a marathon on each continent is Sinead Kane (Ireland) who achieved the record from 23 to 30 January 2017.Sinead completed the World Marathon Challenge which involved running all 7 marathons on all 7 continents within 7 days. The first of these marathons was Antarctica and the feat came to an end 6 days 9 hours and 25 minutes later in Sydney, Australia.
