According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive catches of a returning paper aircraft is 318 and was achieved by Greg Shalless (Australia) in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, on 27 January 2017. Greg used a single sheet of A4 80 gsm paper to make an aeroplane, which he used for his record attempt.
