According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon dressed as a bottle (male) is 3 hr 09 min 37 sec and was achieved by Charlie Long (UK), at the 2016 Virgin Money London Marathon, in London, UK, on 24 April 2016.This was Charlie's 3rd time running the London Marathon. The bottle is designed to represent the brewery he works for.
