According to Official Guinness Records,

The most all-around gymnastics World Championships and Olympic gold medals won by a male gymnast is 8, achieved by Kohei Uchimura (Japan) in the 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013, 2014 and 2015 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships and in the 2012 and 2016 Summer Olympics. Uchimura won his most recent gold medal at the 2016 Rio Olympics with an overall score of 92.365.The all-around competition Is made up of six gymnastic events included floor exercise, pommel horse, rings, vault, parallel bars and horizontal bar.
