According to Official Guinness Records,

The heaviest weightlifting clean & jerk for the male 77 kg category is 214 kg (471 lb 12.6 oz), achieved by Nijat Rahimov (Kazakhstan) at the 2016 Olympic Games, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, on 10 August 2016.This lift led the way to Rahimov claiming the gold medal with a total weight lifted of 379 kg. This record had previously stood at 210 kg which was achieved in 2001 by Russia's Oleg Perepetchenov.
