Most spits and catches of four table tennis balls with the mouth

According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive spits and catches of four table tennis balls with the mouth is 33 and was achieved by Francisco Tebar Honrubia (Spain), aka Picasso Jr, on the set of TV Asahi Tokyo, in Tokyo, Japan, on 2 March 2011.
At the same performance session, Picaso Jr. also set a record by flashing three ping-pong balls with his mouth 76 times.
