According to Official Guinness Records,

The most versions of a TV commercial for one product broadcast in a single 30 minute programme is 12, sponsored by KDDI CORPORATION (Japan) and was aired during the TV show on Nippon Television Network Corporation called "Music Lovers" in Japan, on 30 January 2011.
