According to Official Guinness Records,

The most people lighting LED lights in a relay is 915, achieved by Yutaka Giken Co., Ltd. (Japan), in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka, Japan, on 5 November 2016. The record was achieved during an event commemorating the 30th anniversary of the company, at ACT CITY HAMAMATSU Exhibition and Event Hall.
