According to Official Guinness Records,

The most mounts/dismounts on a horse in 30 seconds is 16 and was achieved by Liu Wei from the Zhoukou Acrobatic Troupe (China) in the Hangzhou Safari Park, Hangzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China, on 27 November 2010. This was equalled by Utkurov Sarvar (Uzbekistan) on the set of CCTV-Guinness World Records Special at Heilan International Equestrian Club, in Jiangsu, China on 6 January 2014. This was then further equalled by Mike Collin (UK) on the set of Officially Amazing at the Royal Armouries, Leeds, UK, on 4 August 2015.This record is now shared between 3 elite stunt riders.
