According to Official Guinness Records,

The most golf holes played by a pair in 12 hours (cart) is 290 and was achieved by Jay Kelly and George Boxall (both UK) in Orpington, UK, on 20 June 2016 The attempt took place at West Kent Golf Club to raise money for a prostate cancer charity.
