According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest shaving cream pie fight consists of 1,180 participants and was achieved by Another Fine Fest (UK) in Ulverston, UK, on 18 June 2016. Another Fine Fest is an arts and theatre festival held annually to celebrate the town of Ulverston and Stan Laurel, of Laurel and Hardy fame, who was born there.
