According to Official Guinness Records,

The most efficient combined cycle power plant achieved 63.08% efficiency, achieved by Nishi-Nagoya Thermal Power Station No. 7-1 in Japan, designed and supplied by Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions Corporation and operated by Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc. (both Japan), operating since 29 September 2017. The record is based on market research conducted by Frost & Sullivan, verified on 28 December 2017 and measurement testing conducted by Bureau Veritas, verified on 22 January 2018.Nishi-Nagoya Thermal Power Station No. 7-1 is a combined cycle power plant with one steam turbine supplied by Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions Corporation and three gas turbines supplied by General Electric Company. Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions Corporation designed its facility structure by receiving an order from Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc.
