According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to pass 10 T-shirts along a chain of 25 people is 3 min 0.60 sec, achieved by JSOL Corporation (Japan), in Koto, Tokyo, Japan, on 19 November 2017.The attempt was held as a special project during a company sports event, in order to enhance team bonding within colleagues.
