According to Official Guinness Records,

The most countries visited by bicycle in 24 hours by a team is 7 and was achieved by James van der Hoorn and Thomas Reynolds (both UK) in Cieszyn County, Poland, on 2 October 2016. James and Thomas departed from Croatia at 12:18 pm local time on 1 October 2016 and then cycled through Slovenia, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic before ending their journey in Poland at 11:18 am the next day.
