Fastest time to arrange a deck of playing cards memorized underwater

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to arrange a deck of playing cards memorised underwater is 4 min 26.88 sec, achieved by Krzysztof Kuich (Poland) at Klodno Lake, Chmielno, Poland, on 23 July 2016. Krzysztof stayed underwater without an oxygen supply for the entire time it took him to memorise the order of the cards.
