Longest-running TV music talent show

According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest-running TV music talent show is Nodo Jiman (Japan), with a run of 65 years 24 days as of 8 April 2018 starting from its initial air date of 15 March 1953.NHK's Nodo Jiman was originally broadcast over the radio on 19 January 1946 but wouldn't appear on TV until seven years later.The format of the show is a travelling contest in which local amateur singers from a particular city/region are given a chance to perform. They are rated on their performance and given advice by industry experts before the winner is announced at the end of each programme.
