According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest conga on ice consists of 593 participants, achieved by the State University of New York at Oswego (USA) on NBC’s TODAY, in Oswego, New York, USA, on 31 March 2017.The final Rokerthon 3 attempt had special meaning for Al, as SUNY Oswego is his alma-mater. He kicked off the morning by driving a zamboni while flanked by figure skaters and ice hockey players.
