According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest smoothie is 3785.41 litres (1,000 US gal) and was achieved by Cabot Creamery Cooperative (USA) at the Florida Strawberry Festival in Plant City, Florida, USA, on 3 March 2017.The leftover smoothie was donated to the local food bank for distribution.
