According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest 10 km on crutches (one leg) is 1 hr 7 min 54 sec and was achieved by Larry Chloupek (USA) in Phoenix, Arizona, USA, on 11 March 2017.Larry made his record breaking attempt during the GCU Foundation Run To Fight Children's Cancer at Grand Canyon University. Larry lost his leg to cancer at age 7, and broke this record to show other cancer survivors that life does exist after cancer.
