Largest rugby scrum

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest rugby scrum consists of 2,586 people and was achieved at an event organised by Young Entrepreneurs Group Toyota (Japan) in Toyota, Aichi, Japan, on 23 September 2018.The attempt was a part of the annual festival held in Toyota Stadium, one of the venues RWC 2019 is scheduled to take place. People from the local business and schools all lined up in a straight line diagonally across the outdoor field next to the stadium to form single rugby league style scrum. They were divided into red and white groups on each side, which is Japan's national team colour scheme.
