According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest human image of a forklift truck consists of 903 people, achieved by Toyota Material Handling Company, a division of Toyota Industries Corporation (Japan) in Kariya, Aichi, Japan, on 6 October 2018.During their sports day event, the employees of Toyota Material Handling Company created a human image of one of their products, the forklift truck.
