According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest ensemble of car horns consisted of 400 MINI cars tooting the Deep Purple song "Smoke on the Water" simultaneously at the MINI on the Mack event, conducted by MINI of Grand Rapids in St. Ignace, Michigan, USA on 3 August 2013.
