According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive free throws from a wheelchair is 11 and was achieved by Jeff Walker (USA) at Liberty Community Center in Liberty, Missouri, USA, on 10 July 2013.
Jeff plays for the Kansas Wheelhawks in the NWBA. His six year old son, Elliot, was on hand to return the ball to his father after every free throw.
