According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest collection of chocolate bars belongs to Bob Brown (USA) whose collection contains 770 different chocolate bars which were displayed at the Castleton Square Mall in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA, on 29 October 2010.
When not on display, the chocolate bars line the walls of Mr. Brown's basement.
