First female football (soccer) coach to win a top-flight men's championship

According to Official Guinness Records,

The first female football (soccer) coach to win a top-flight men's championship is Chan Yuen-ting (Hong Kong), who coached Eastern to the 2015-2016 BOCG Life Hong Kong Premier League title. The title was confirmed with a game to spare when Eastern defeated South China 2-1 on 22 April 2016. The title was Eastern's first championship win in 21 years.
