According to Official Guinness Records,

The farthest distance to limbo under 12 inch bars is 3.1 metres and was achieved by Shemika Campbell (Trinidadian) on the set of CCTV - Guinness World Records Special in Beijing, China on 14 January 2016.At the time of setting this record, Shemika also held the record for the lowest limbo by a female.
