According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest paper chain in one hour by a team is 3,745 m (12,287.99 ft) and was achieved by The Hong Kong Jockey Club (Hong Kong), during the Riding High Together Festival, at Sha Tin Racecourse, in Hong Kong, China, on 26 March 2016. The Riding High Together Festival cheers for Hong Kong athletes & sportsmanship and is a community event.
