According to Official Guinness Records,

This record is for the fastest time for an individual to pass through 10 rubber rings.This record is to be attempted by an individual.This record is measured by the time taken to pass through all 10 rubber rings, to the nearest 100th of a second.For the purposes of the record, a rubber ring is defined as a ring-shaped inflatable flotation device, a maximum of 1 m (3 ft 3 in) in outside diameter.For the purposes of the record 'passing through' is defined as the moving one's entire body through the hole in the centre of the ring.
