According to Official Guinness Records,

The Fastest half marathon in an animal costume (male) is 1 hour 17 minutes 53 seconds, achieved by Oliver Williams (UK) in Cardiff, South Glamorgan, UK, on 2 October 2016. Oliver Williams break decided to break this record to raise money for the Noah's Ark Charity, for the Children's Hospital for Wales, based in Cardiff. The event was the Cardiff Half Marathon 2016, sponsored by Cardiff University.
