According to Official Guinness Records,

The longest span of a bridge made of interlocking plastic bricks is 16.46 m (54 ft 0.03 in) and was achieved by the Institution of Civil Engineers (UK) at Wayden School, in Farnham, Surrey, UK, on 5 September 2016. 262,550 bricks were used in the creation of the bridge with no adhesive permitted.
