According to Official Guinness Records,

The highest speed on a wall of death is 125.77 km/h (78.15 mph) and was achieved by Guy Martin (UK), on the set of Channel 4’s Guy’s Wall of Death: Live (North One TV, UK), in Louth, Lincolnshire, UK, on 28 March 2016. Guy completed the record breaking revolution in 3.41 seconds.
