According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest journey from John-O'-Groats to Land's End on foot by a mixed team is 4 days 18 hours and 2 minutes, and was achieved by FFJogle2016 (UK) from 23 to 27 March 2016. FFJOGLE2016 consisted of a night-shift team, Nightswatch (Mark Gonsalves, Mark Weight, Stuart Levett, Edward Brown David Bell and Kerry Sutton) and a day-shift team, Days of Thunder (Henry Hudson, Michelle Davies, Natasha Bee-Frasier, Verka Lafeuille, Peter Abbott and Martin Levett).
