According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon dressed as a playing card (female) is 3 hrs 18 mins 54 sec and was achieved by Jennifer McBain (UK) at the Abingdon Marathon, in Abingdon, UK, on 23 October 2016Jennifer has previously ran three marathons in under three hours despite having had two hip operations. She is a teacher and chose to run dressed as a playing card to entertain and inspire her students.
